Who we are
TheVizPro is made and operated by Maker Studio FZE LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, trading as TheBusinessAILab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By buying, installing, or using TheVizPro (the “Plugin”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What TheVizPro is
TheVizPro is a plugin that runs inside Claude on your own machine. You provide a client brief and brand assets; the /thevizpro command turns them into a design prompt, builds the chosen direction into a website, generates a matching OG image, and produces launch ad copy and creative. It relies on third-party software to run — see section 07.
Your purchase
TheVizPro is sold for $99, currently discounted to $59 for early buyers. A purchase grants one person a single seat to use the Plugin under the License (see the License page). Prices may change, but the price you paid at checkout is the price for your purchase.
Acceptable use
You may use the Plugin to create unlimited projects and outputs for yourself and your clients.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or republish the Plugin itself; share your seat or credentials; or repackage it as your own product or template. The full detail lives on the License page.
What you make is yours
Anything you generate with TheVizPro — websites, ads, images, copy — is 100% yours to use, including commercially. We claim no ownership of your outputs and require no attribution. See the License page for the full grant.
Payment & refunds
All sales are final. Because TheVizPro is a digital product delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds. Please read the sales page and this agreement before buying so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Third-party tools
TheVizPro requires third-party software to function, including Claude (Anthropic) and Node.js. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for their availability, behavior, changes, or costs.
No warranty
TheVizPro is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that outputs will be error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or that the Plugin will run uninterrupted or stay compatible with future versions of third-party tools. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish or ship them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maker Studio FZE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or business, arising from your use of TheVizPro. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Plugin.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use TheVizPro after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the UAE.
