The grant
When you buy TheVizPro, Maker Studio FZE LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person (a single seat) to install and use the Plugin for personal and commercial work, subject to this License and the Terms of Use.
What you can do
Use the Plugin to create unlimited projects and outputs. Use everything it produces — websites, OG images, ad copy, ad creative — for yourself and for your clients, including commercially. Your outputs are 100% yours: no royalties, no usage caps, and no attribution to TheVizPro required.
What you can't do
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lend, or republish the Plugin itself. You may not share your seat, account, or credentials with others; repackage TheVizPro (in whole or part) as your own product, template, or service; or attempt to reverse-engineer it in order to recreate or compete with it.
Seats
One license covers one person. If your studio or team wants several people using TheVizPro, get in touch about additional seats at support@thebusinessailab.com.
Ownership
You own what you make. We keep ownership of TheVizPro itself — its command, prompts, skills, and underlying materials. Nothing in this License transfers our intellectual property in the Plugin to you.
Updates
Your purchase includes the updates we release for the version you bought. Major new versions may be offered separately.
Termination
This License lasts as long as you comply with it. If you breach it — for example by redistributing the Plugin or sharing your seat — the License ends automatically and you must stop using TheVizPro.
No warranty
TheVizPro is licensed “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The full disclaimer and limitation of liability are in the Terms of Use.
